According to fresh reports from Japan, the long‑awaited spiritual successor to Toyota’s beloved FJ Cruiser is poised to hit the road sooner than many had imagined. The automaker is expected to unveil the new model in October 2025, bringing the much‑anticipated compact Land Cruiser back into the spotlight.
Toyota first teased the concept with its Compact Cruiser EV Concept back in 2021, but it took a few years before the company confirmed that a production version of the iconic off‑roader was on the drawing board. Now, insiders say the production‑ready model is already a green‑lit project, ready to make its worldwide debut.
