Toyota South Africa tops October sales charts

Toyota South Africa Motors (TSAM) smashed its own record again, taking the No. 1 spot for new‑vehicle sales in October 2025.
Sales figures
- 13,559 new cars sold in October.
- That gives the brand a 24.2 % share of the local market.
- A dip of 587 units from September, but it still remains the best‑selling marque in the country.
Year‑to‑date performance
- Across the first ten months of 2025, TSAM has sold 55,956 new vehicles in South Africa.
Toyota’s strong sales momentum suggests the brand continues to dominate the South African automotive market, even as total sales saw a modest decline from the previous month.
