Audi’s new S3 Sportback and Sedan hit the South African market

Audi has rolled out the refreshed S3 (both Sportback and Sedan versions) in South Africa, and the upgraded model comes with a noticeable power bump.
After testing the Mk8.5 Golf R in Germany earlier this year, Audi brought the same high‑octane output to the S3: 245 kW (about 330 hp) and 420 Nm of torque. That’s an increase of 32 kW and 20 Nm over the pre‑facelift S3, giving the compact sedan a sharper punch and quicker acceleration.
Alongside the engine enhancements, the new S3 also features several mechanical updates that fine‑tune its handling and everyday usability.
