Renault SA cuts Kwid price to offer even more value
Renault South Africa has moved the Kwid into a more budget‑friendly segment, cutting its retail price to give shoppers greater bang for their buck. The French group’s local arm says the hatchback now sits lower on the price ladder, making it even more attractive to value‑conscious drivers.
The Kwid made its debut in South Africa in 2016 and has already sold more than 70,000 units across the country. In an effort to keep the model competitive in a crowded compact‑hatchback market, Renault has reshuffled the lineup and introduced a new, lower price point for the vehicle. This move should help the Kwid stay a top choice for first‑time buyers and budget‑focused motorists alike.
