Encor Design launches the Series 1 – a 50‑unit, carbon‑fiber Lotus Esprit reborn
UK restomod specialist Encor Design has just revealed its newest project: the Series 1, a limited‑edition, remastered take on the legendary Lotus Esprit. The car features a full carbon‑fiber body and a completely rebuilt twin‑turbo V8 engine, giving it a modern power boost while keeping the iconic lines of the original.
Only 50 units will be produced, celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Esprit’s debut at the Paris Motor Show in 1975. With its blend of heritage and contemporary performance, the Series 1 is set to appeal to collectors and track‑day enthusiasts alike.
