Porsche’s Sonderwunsch Programme Unveils the 911 Carrera T Formosa – a Taiwan‑Inspired Special Edition
Porsche’s bespoke division has just launched a one‑of‑a‑kind 911 Carrera T known as the Formosa – a name that means “beautiful island”. The special‑commissioned model pays tribute to the rugged mountains, winding coastlines, and striking rock formations of Taiwan.
Unlike the standard Carrera T, the Formosa comes with its own unique interior and exterior details that draw heavily on the island’s natural scenery. Inside, drivers will find custom trim pieces and upholstery that echo the texture of Taiwan’s cliffs, while the exterior features subtle color cues and design accents that reflect the country’s iconic landscapes.
The 911 Carrera T Formosa is part of Porsche’s Sonderwunsch programme, which lets owners request highly personalised versions of existing models. This edition gives enthusiasts a chance to own a car that celebrates one of the world’s most beautiful islands while keeping Porsche’s legendary performance at its core.
